Something Blue

Throwing a bridal shower for my future sister in law was one of the funnest things ever! With the help of the bridesmaids and the bride and grooms mothers, we were able to throw a stunning bridal shower for Milana.

Although there were some worries that it might look like a baby shower (great inspiration for one btw), we decided to go with a B&W and pops of blue shower theme.

Blue florals and blue goblets were the star. The blue really stood out against the black and white, it looked so sophisticated and modern! For the photo backdrop, I rented a beautiful black metal stand from Nalias Events and decorated it with flowers. The tables were covered in white tablecloths, we had simple white plates, black flatware and Blue Goblets. The tables were also decorated with floral arrangements, and simple black candlesticks. To tie the whole theme throughout the entire shower, we decorated with small black geometric shapes and white roses or babies breath everywhere else!
